As a GWO Instructor at GWS Academy, your primary goal will be to ensure that our Academy remains at the forefront of the renewable energy industry by providing top-notch training to aspiring and experienced wind turbine technicians.   • Practical Technical Knowledge and Expertise on wind turbine systems, including mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components, used during turbine maintenance and repair;
  • Teaching and Communication Skills useful in explaining complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and fluent English;
  • Safety Awareness of procedures and emergency response protocols, and ability to share a safety-first mindset with delegates;
  • Assessment Skills needed to evaluate delegate’s performance through practical exercises and written tests, providing constructive feedback to help delegates improve their skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills - patience and empathy to support diverse learning styles and paces
