Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and driven Academy Sports Scientist at a pivotal time of transition and change for Burnley Football Club.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
As the Academy Sports Scientist, you will be expected to:
- Liaise with the Head of Academy Human Performance and Medicine alongside the Lead Academy Sport Scientist to ensure the team’s physical objectives of the PDP are met.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and analysis of the U18 sport science provision which includes pre-activation, pitch-based warmups, conditioning, regular gym-based sessions and ILP sessions.
