  • Helps the team through the life cycle of an implementation providing key inputs during design, migrating data from external systems, conducting and supporting solution testing, building test cases, assisting with functional, system and user acceptance testing, and conducting and supporting user and administrator training;
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of SAP applications and application-based solutions, specifically Basis, emphasizing an extensive understanding of multiple SAP modules and environments. This includes a demonstration of extensive knowledge of, and/or a proven record of success directly performing significant tracks on managed services projects within the SAP product suite;
  • Possesses extensive abilities to design, provide professional services and provide assistance complex business processes, as well as deploy the technical components required for successful solutions within an SAP environment. Related areas of specialty include RICEF - Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, design and development;
  • Able to understand and articulate business requirements and propose solutions after performing due diligence;
  • Possesses solid understanding of Enterprise Structures and ability to guide the team where necessary;
  • Delivers and tracks the delivery of issue resolutions to meet the SLA’s and KPI’s;,
  • P2P Architecture + PP/QM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP P2P Administration and operations.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Is strong to excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • 3+ years of SAP Solution Manager planning, configuration, and administration to support centralized monitoring, alerting, and root cause and analysis
  • Experience building relationships between IT and business teams.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Configure system with solution manager for Early Watch services and technical monitoring
  • System copy, client copy, upgrade, patching, etc.
  • Assist with troubleshooting system and application performance issues, oversees the monitoring of daily system health checks, and coordinates overall system tuning and go live support
  • Applies database administration knowledge to critique database performance
  • Responsible for developing technology roadmap, managing global service providers, and identifying opportunities for improvement, modernization, and development of cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
  • Manage the resolution of Help Desk tickets, application server load balancing, printer troubleshooting and spool administration
  • Plan and perform Basis disaster recovery testing
  • Plan and perform High Availability testing
  • Provide leadership and technical direction to team members
  • Drive utilization of Solution Manager in managing the technical landscape
  • SAP P2P Administration including analysis of the SAP system log, monitoring of processes, analysis and clean-up of update terminations, analysis and clean-up of lock entries and checking for ABAP dumps
  • Transports & Change Control including the release and transfer of transport orders, maintain transport protocols, plan and implement regularly scheduled change requests, resolve technical and functional transport problems and document transport activities
  • Troubleshooting and Monitoring of SAP provided services and ensuring the availability of the services
