EXPERIENCE USING GOOGLE SUITE
- Initiative: Ability to use own initiative and take ownship of any task through to completion.
- Strong Organisational and Time Management Skills: Working within existing systems and processes aswell as developing new ones to meet operational deadlines.

Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE
The Access Administrator plays a key role within the busy Pride Access team creating and maintaining the administrative infrastructure for the internal team. This role involves formulating policies, procedures and practical guidelines as well as supporting the Access Team on the operational delivery of its “Quiet Parade”. The Access Administrator will work closely with other teams within the ops team to provide proactive, reliable and confidential administrative support in the lead-up to Event Day.
- This role has a flexible start time however we would be looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
- Availability to volunteer on the day of the event (Saturday 5th July) is essential.
- Availability to attend online Access Meetings at 4:30pm on Tuesdays is essential
- Availablilty to attend in-person Ops Meetings in Central London on the first Saturday of each month and all Saturdays across June is desired.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in formulating policies, procedures, and practical guidelines as necessary in support of Equality, Diversity and Inclusive (EDI) practice and strategic inititives.
- Assist in preparing EDI papers, briefings and training for the management, working groups and volunteers within Pride In London.
- Support the Access Team in its operational delivery to achieve their accessibility accreditation.
- Provide proactive, reliable and confidential administrative support to the Accessibility Team.
- Manage the quiet parade, confirm the venue and confirm Audio Description.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO PRIDE IN LONDON
- Good Understanding of Accesibility: Either through previous experience or keen interest.
- Strong People Management Skills: Working within a large, active Access Team aswell as alongside a wider Pride Operations Team.
