ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Working closely and following the direction of the Access Audit Supervisor
• Daily monitoring of Lift Ticket and Season Pass Access, Auditing, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Balancing daily usage and auditing reports
• Demonstrates a commitment to exceed the customer’s expectations
• Highly organized and efficient in the work place
• Follows company policies and procedures at all times
• Operate according to code of conduct and values statement of Sun Peaks Resort LLP
• Attend all SPRLLP sponsored scheduled orientation & training programs
• Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department including support of other departments and special promotions
