YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Knowledge of Infrastructure domain and understanding of access management and provisioning preferred
  • Customer Service Experience a must
  • Functional knowledge: RSA IGL, ServiceNow, Oracle Developer Tools and proficiency with SQL scripting and Excel macros, AD, VDR.
  • General computer skills including Microsoft tools, email etc.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • Good verbal & interpersonal skills
  • IT Service Management skills (ITIL)

Responsibilities:

DETAILS OF THE ROLE AND HOW IT FITS INTO THE TEAM

You will be part of a larger Chief Information Security team under Identity and access services pillar. This team is responsible for front ending business users and provide Identity & Access related services end to end. Team is responsible for onboarding user and infrastructure applications to central solutions, managing entire access life cycle of business users which includes provide access on need-to-know basis, segregation of duty, provide recertification services and revoking access when not required.
You will be responsible for driving Application, Unstructured Data Access Recertification drives across the bank ongoing basis while representing CSO team to application owners and business. Accessio is the central solution for unstructured data access recertification, i.e. Active Directory group membership recertification and Virtual Data Rooms (Brainloop, Intralinks, DebtDomain)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Raise service requests for executing data ETL jobs
  • Provide end user support and respond to customer queries
  • Handle service requests and troubleshoot client issues
  • Document and escalate issues to management
  • Support processes to ensure SLAs and application availability
  • Maintain documentation, operational procedures, user guides and training materials
  • Analyze complex data feeds, identify discrepancies and provide operational reporting as needed
  • Develop and update documentation, operational procedures, user guides and training materials
  • Provide Guidance and Advisory on access reviews of Active Directory and Business Applications
