Description:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Overall experience of 3-4 years in Access Management area.
Practical experience of CyberArk and RSA IGL or other applications
Experience using SQL/ PSQ and Oracle
Maintain and upgrade Linux/Windows servers and databases SQL/Oracle
Knowledge and experience of scripting in PowerShell.
Participate in IAM audit and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
Responsibilities:
Provide engineering support for Privileged Access Management (CyberArk) and Identity Access Management (RSA IGL).
Develop and enhance access reviews and folder access processes.
Gather business requirements and lead solutions for access management.
Implement and improve privileged access controls.
Investigate and resolve incidents related to access and privileged management.
Handle queries related to application operations, such as password and access issues.
Liaise with stakeholders for approvals and clarifications via various channels.
Contribute to and maintain a Knowledge Management Database (KMDB).
Create and update documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Suggest improvements for access management procedures.
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions for new applications.
Track and update relevant systems and processes.
Define and communicate access role responsibilities for business applications.
Identify vulnerabilities and gaps in access management processes.
Create and monitor KPIs for ongoing operations.
Manage Active Directory accounts and groups.
Enforce ‘least privilege’ access methodology.
Generate reports using custom SQL queries.
Troubleshoot workflow and API issues, especially with ServiceNow integration.
