• Process Access to Personal Information requests for Group Disability clients within established service and accuracy standards
• Partner and communicate with other business units to ensure all requested information is provided
• Process appeal documentation as requested by specific clients
• Respond to inquiries from clients or third-party requesters using a client-centered approach
• Initiate and manage the breach containment process in cases of privacy incidents
• Remain current on Group Disability practices and the Access to File Requests guidelines
• Work collaboratively with internal business partners such as Disability Case Managers, Senior Disability Claims Consultant, Compliance Managers, the Privacy Officer and Linguistic Services
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues or complaints
• Participate in projects as requested
• Identify and suggest Continuous Improvement opportunities
