Description:

Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Access Service Rep to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $19.51 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in a queue- managing queue
  • SLAs- high volume
  • Fast paced environment
  • Work is divided up amongst the team
  • Assigned an equal amount of work and need to complete by EOD

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

  • Data entry experience
  • Administrative / back-office experience
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to multitask
  • SLAs can meet deadlines.
