Description:

The Access, Student Success, and Development Coordinator plays a key role in organising and delivering activities aimed at improving access and student success at the University of Manchester. They are responsible for coordinating measurable initiatives aligned with the University’s Access and Participation Plan, focusing on underrepresented groups in Higher Education (HE). This coordinator role is responsible for organising and delivering the University of Manchester’s pre-16 outreach and attainment raising programmes ‘Gateways’ and ‘Manchester Young Academics’.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, organising events, presenting HE information and guidance sessions to pre-16 students and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, school partnership management and data management.
