Description:

Beaverbrook is seeking a proactive Accommodation & HR Coordinator to manage employee accommodation, support recruitment efforts, and provide HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing employee accommodation, including room allocation, check-ins/outs, and handling queries.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
  • Supporting employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
  • Supporting local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
  • Handling monthly payroll for accommodation and maintain excellent communication with residents
