Accommodation Supervisor

Position: Accommodation Supervisor (Full time, Permanent)
Location: Osprey Hotel, Naas, Co. Kildare
The Osprey Hotel has a superb opportunity for a Full Time Accommodation Supervisor to join a highly experienced and successful company that should not be missed.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years work experience working in an accommodation role. Ideally, one of those years work experience will have been in the role of ‘Working Supervisor’ or ’Supervisor’. Exceptional attention to detail is essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative & as a part of this large team. The ability of communicate fluently in English, excellent customer care and interpersonal skills are also essential

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delegating tasks & areas of responsibility to accommodation assistants
• Checking guest rooms
• Checking all public areas of the property
• Supervising and training accommodation staff in accordance with the reputable hotel standards
• Use of the hotel software package ‘Hotsoft’
• Assisting the accommodation manager in stock control / rotation and product ordering
• Servicing guest rooms / public areas if necessary
