Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responding professionally and politely to telephone and email orders and enquiries from both internal and external contacts
  • Ensuring all orders are taken correctly, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Trouble shooting as and when required, to ensure customers’ expectations are met
  • From information provided by the engineer, identifying parts required and sourcing from the most competitive supplier
  • Ensuring the database is updated in a timely way, with accurate notes taken whilst dealing with the call and before processing the order
  • Raising quotations as requested, from preferred suppliers at the most competitive price
  • Assisting with pricing, part numbering and sourcing of parts as necessary to fulfil customer orders
    The successful candidate will be required to participate in the Company Out of Hours Standby Service on a rostered basis, which includes cover over Bank and Statutory Days Holiday.
