Account Assistant

Karma Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Account Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy in accounting operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and principles.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
