Responsibilities:

ROLE SUMMARY

The Account Associate plays a vital role in supporting the Employee Benefits Team at the Houston office by working closely with the Account Manager(s) and/or Account Executive(s) to ensure smooth operations and a high level of client support.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support carrier implementation and renewal processing
  • Manage day-to-day service account requests
  • Create and maintain monthly reporting packages and renewal documentation
  • Assist with client material creation
  • Process eligibility changes and set up client invoicing
  • Handle local office and department administrative responsibilities
