Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator at Cheil Canada, you will be the hub between our clients and internal teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless project execution, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ years of relevant experience in account coordination, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices.
Self-motivated, persistent, hardworking, committed, creative, and organized team player.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and nurturing strong relationships.
Assist Account Services leads in preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights for campaign development.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that meet client objectives and KPIs.
Track and manage project budgets, expenses, and invoices, and provide regular updates to clients.
Assist in communicating clients’ needs thoroughly and effectively to other internal departments
Support the development of tactical briefs as required
Work directly with studio to execute tactical requests
Provide project reports, contact reports, and status updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Docket management using company ERP system (Job, Estimate, PO creation etc.)
Demonstrate knowledge of social media platforms
