WHO ARE WE?

Machobear Studio is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of liv.rent (check us out at www.liv.rent and in the App store!) and we also maintain a curated client list spanning real estate, tech, and food industries.
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our team and our clients. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiring, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle
• Develop and manage workback schedules for client projects
• Oversee project timeless, coordinate with internal teams, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Utilize Asana to organize tasks and assign responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure all project deliverables meet guidelines and are delivered on schedule
• Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays, providing solutions to keep projects on track
