Description:

Robertson is looking for an Account Coordinator who will support the Business Professional Vendor Management Services Team by managing candidate submissions, assisting the Director of Delivery, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or BA.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to understand and draw conclusions from numerical data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Submissions: Coordinate and manage the submission of candidates for various projects, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Support Director of Delivery: Assist the Director of Delivery with daily tasks, including scheduling, communication, and project management.
  • Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on project status.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate submissions, client communications, project documentation, and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment on client objectives and deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights into account health.
  • Calculate Bill Rates: Determine pay rates, considering bill rates and associated burdens.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services.
  • Proactive Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
