We are currently looking for a talented full-time Account Coordinator to join our team.

They are comfortable communicating with others in a team environment, and able to work directly with clients.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communicator with amazing customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to align efforts across multiple departments (content, SEO, web, paid ads, etc)
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets
- Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere
- Google certification and bilingualism (English and French) would be a plus
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with VIP Services lead in conjunction with our account managers and clients
- Assign, organize, and manage tasks in our project management software (Wrike)
- Work very closely with production team members to ensure task deadlines are met
- Assist with monthly reporting tasks
- Coordinate with clients for various needs, including access items
- Prepare all client and internal meeting agendas to ensure meeting time is used efficiently
- Take in-depth meeting notes on all calls and share with client and team afterwards
- Assist with developing in-depth project briefs
- Assist with research for required 3rd party apps and software that could be of use for the client
- Assist with preparation of client monthly invoices
