Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Accounting Data Entry with SQL software.
  • Assist to manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the budgeting process and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filing periods.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and other departments as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organized.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other company documentation.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and manage HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordinating with team members.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or engineering sector. (if no is okay)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, etc)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
