Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Accounting Data Entry with SQL software.
- Assist to manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the budgeting process and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax filing periods.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.
Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Manager and other departments as needed.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring the office environment is efficient and well-organized.
- Coordinate meetings, events, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other company documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records and manage HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordinating with team members.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or engineering sector. (if no is okay)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, etc)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
