Responsibilities:
- Partner with Account Executives to develop a territory strategy for discovering, nurturing, and qualifying a pipeline of leads.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, personalized emails, social media engagement, and video communications.
- Qualify and develop inbound leads generated by campaigns and digital events, building customer profiles and identifying key pain points OpenText can resolve.
- Act as part of a “win team” to support the progression of sales opportunities, re-engaging leads and nurturing relationships to drive pipeline acceleration and closure.
- Build trusted customer relationships by acting as a business advisor and mapping the buying process with targeted contacts.
- Leverage Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg, and Outreach to identify contacts, track progress, and forecast outcomes.
- Qualify leads using the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Receive ongoing coaching and participate in skill-building activities to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
