Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Take responsibility for revenue from an existing base of accounts within a specific region and vertical.
  • Support and collaborate with the account executive team throughout the sales process using Salesforce (SFDC) and internal billing systems.
  • Increase product penetration and grow revenue across multiple product categories.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly check-ins with the top 20 customer base.
  • Execute a defined customer lifecycle management strategy.
  • Manage client interactions using technology such as Microsoft Teams, phone, email, social selling, Salesforce applications, and other unified communications tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales opportunities.
  • Build and deliver effective professional sales presentations.
  • Continuously develop sales competencies.
  • Stay current with new and emerging trends related to industry, vertical, and product knowledge.
  • Create, build, and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce through the various stages of the sales process.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts.
