JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Development Representative, you will contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
  • Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Champion our success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.
  • Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain points.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales team.
  • Create, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholders.
  • Create lasting and beneficial relationships with the client’s stakeholders.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Present product value to potential clients.

TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
  • Business Development or sales experience SaaS/Tech.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
  • Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline.
  • CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
