JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Account Development Representative, you will contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales goals and objectives.
- Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Champion our success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.
- Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions and pain points.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and enterprise sales team.
- Create, present and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholders.
- Create lasting and beneficial relationships with the client’s stakeholders.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Present product value to potential clients.
TARGETED QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level.
- Business Development or sales experience SaaS/Tech.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
- Highly driven with a passion for sales and for developing as a sales professional.
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
- Experience self-prospecting leads and building your own pipeline.
- CRM, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO and other sales tech stack experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business Development or sales experience (SaaS experience preferable)
