Our Account Development team is the growth engine for Instabase. The AD team is uniquely responsible for helping the largest global enterprises push their pace of innovation by identifying new opportunities and challenging ordinary thinking. Our Field team is strategically expanding our client base in the Fortune 500 (>$1bn Revenue) segment, and we’re fueling its future growth with ADs who are intentional about a career in sales and driven by personal growth and impact.
As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for discovering potential customers’ unique challenges and creating new business opportunities for the Instabase Enterprise Sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Account planning & mapping across large Enterprise accounts to define a prospecting approach.
- Discover potential customers’ unique challenges and own new business opportunity creation for the Instabase Field team.
- To conduct high-level discovery calls and work as part of a selling team focusing on initial relationship development.
- Lead initial demonstrations of the AI Hub platform and drive use case discovery and requirements gathering independently.
- Educate customers on how the AI Hub platform can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Attend events (online and physical) to meet with prospective customers and advocate and evangelize Instabase’s products.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs.
- Qualify inbound leads based on use case, size, and business pain to help generate early-stage opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end transactional deals that originate inbound for the AI Hub Commercial segment.
