Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT ARROW ECS?

  • ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and business objectives. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • SALES GROWTH & REVENUE:Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to maximize account profitability.
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING:Develop and execute strategic account plans for each partner, aligning company offerings with client objectives. Use market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • PARTNER ENGAGEMENT:Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication, service excellence, and exceeding on client expectations.
  • COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL TEAMS:Work closely with vendor, marketing, and operations teams to promote best customer experience, address customer challenges, and offer solutions. Facilitate internal coordination on account-related initiatives.
  • NEGOTIATION & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable business relationships. Regularly review contracts to ensure compliance and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
  • REPORTING & FORECASTING:Provide regular updates on account status, sales forecasts, and pipeline to senior management. Prepare reports, presentations, and account reviews to track progress against objectives.
  • NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, contributing to the overall business growth strategy.
  • MENTORING & LEADERSHIP:Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members or sales representatives. Share industry insights, strategies, and best practices to elevate the team’s performance.
