OVERVIEW

We are seeking experienced Account Directors to join the Sales team at Coreio to drive new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling into major and tier 2 Financial Institutions. As we are growing, we are looking for individuals who are interested in staying with Coreio for the long-term and having an opportunity to expand their skills by taking on leadership positions within the company. Coreio is also at a crucial inflection point in our history and we are looking for individuals who would like to influence the future direction of the company by bringing a new perspective on the ServiceNow and Managed Services sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and creating plans to capitalize on them.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Driving sales and revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Client Understanding and Advocacy:
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business needs, goals, and industry trends.
  • Advocating on behalf of the client within the company to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Working closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to ensure a unified approach to account management.
  • Coordinating with other account executives and sharing best practices.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitoring account performance and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Using CRM tools and other software to track sales activities, client interactions, and outcomes.
  • Contract Negotiation and Renewal:
  • Leading contract negotiations and renewals with clients.
  • Ensuring contracts are beneficial for both the company and the client and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Using insights to inform account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implementing feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the client experience.
  • Thought Leadership and Education:
  • Educating clients about new products, services, and industry trends.
  • Positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry through presentations, workshops, and other engagements.
    The role of Account Director requires a blend of sales acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills to successfully manage and grow key client relationships.
