You’ll need to be an experienced digital marketing professional with at least 7 years of industry experience, including proven success in senior account management. We’re looking for someone who excels at building and growing client relationships, has deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing landscapes, and can translate complex analytics into strategic insights. You should be confident presenting to C-suite executives, skilled at identifying growth opportunities, and experienced in leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
Join our team as Account Director at Squad where you’ll be the strategic leader steering our client relationships in the social media and influencer marketing space. You’ll oversee a portfolio of key retainer clients while mentoring a talented team of Account Managers and Account Executives. Your role is to develop game-changing strategies, spot opportunities for growth, and ensure we’re delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back for more. You’ll balance client needs with agency resources, drive year-on-year growth, and help bring new business through our doors. Strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role, along with a keen eye for identifying partnership opportunities and driving business growth.
