Working in close collaboration with our client, the Account Director will be key in the development of strategy and oversight across market specific graphic, digital design and production.

Responsibilities:

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF…

You are a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills, someone who works hard, but has fun with it and who can demonstrate a proven track record of driving complex projects forward in a timely fashion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Work in true collaboration with our clients and be responsible for brand guardianship on their projects to ensure that the client experience is as positive as possible.
  • Take financial control of accounts, including profitability, accuracy of forecasting, late payment, as well as fee negotiation, providing regular and timely reports to Head of Client Services.
  • Own the execution of projects, run rates and client satisfaction through catch ups with job owners and the weekly account/project management WIP.
  • Accountable for the delivery of growth targets for the account.
  • Act as an escalation point if client or internal SLA’s and processes are not adhered to, or where there are process gaps.
  • Identify new business opportunities through relationships, introducing OLIVER capabilities where appropriate.
  • Experience managing the P&L on new business as needed
  • You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
