We are seeking an experienced, driven Account Director to lead new business development in the German market. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy in Germany, where we are building a greenfield site and expanding our infrastructure capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the infrastructure market, especially within Germany, and demonstrate a proven track record in new business acquisition.
As the Account Director, you will leverage your network and expertise in the German infrastructure landscape to identify, engage, and convert high-potential accounts into long-term clients. This position requires a proactive “hunter” mindset focused on pursuing and establishing relationships with the largest consumers of infrastructure services in Germany. Based in Germany, you will be actively in the field, cultivating relationships and executing a sales strategy that accelerates our market footprint and drives significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a new business sales strategy focused on the German infrastructure market.
  • Identify and target high-value infrastructure consumers and accounts, driving growth in this newly established market.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the German infrastructure market and your network to foster and convert business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers, positioning our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets through a structured, solution-based sales approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in infrastructure sales, with a strong network and understanding of the German market.
  • Demonstrated success in a new business-focused, hunter sales role, ideally within the technology or infrastructure sector.
  • German-speaking, with excellent interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of local business culture.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment focused on growth.
