As an Account Executive at Accurate Background, you will help us continue Accurate’s incredible growth and establish us as the premier partner for the world’s leading companies. Leveraging your past success selling solutions to various level accounts including mid-to-large enterprises, you will build an extraordinary portfolio of business helping clients streamline their hiring process and vet quality candidates across a wide variety of vertical markets. As part of the sales team, you will contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.

REQUIREMENTS, SILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Demonstrable 3-5 years track record of above target B2B performance building a portfolio of business consisting primarily of medium to large, Enterprise-level accounts in a solution services model.
  • Demonstrable track record of prospecting, pitching, negotiating and closing business, solution selling to various levels of personnel within organizations up to and including C-Suite level.
  • Understanding of HR technology. Experience selling background check services, payroll, or human resource related solutions and services.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance is highly desirable.
  • You are consultative and a problem solver at heart. You readily accept, adapt, and build upon constructive feedback.
  • Experience utilizing CRM system such as Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • You hold yourself accountable to the goals you and your leadership have set.

  • You use all available resources to find solutions to complex issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and engage with medium to large companies across various industries to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Build a portfolio of clients from your pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by applying sales techniques and processes to efficiently manage sales opportunities through your funnel to a successful close.
  • Ability to consistently and accurately forecast on sales opportunities and portfolio.
  • Develop and improve how we target and penetrate new vertical markets.
  • Perform analysis of prospects business processes and design solutions that best meet customer requirements.
  • Articulate complex software concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.
  • Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline; consistently set new prospect meetings and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Develop proposals, lead contract negotiations, and finalize agreements with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices related to background screening and workforce risk management.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
