What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the complete and complex sales-cycles, presenting the value of our product’s outcomes, using a consultative approach
- Owning the sales funnel from initial outreach through qualification
- Working with the broader APAC Commercial Team to identify the next wave of BeZero clients across the region
- Becoming a trusted advisor to decision-makers in the sustainability space (Supply-Side and Buy-Side)
Who You are
- You have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience as a BDR, ideally in ClimaTech
- Having experience as an AE for at least a year is also a big bonus
- You’re in the top 10% in terms of performance against targets and have the track record to back it up
- You’re a tenacious hunter who strives for excellence in everything you do
- You’re able to grasp new concepts quickly and apply them to a broad range of situations
- You have strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive approach
- You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy, in-office environment
- The words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary
