MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business-fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- 100%+ regular quota achievement
- 2-5 years of sales experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment)
- Full sales cycle experience (MQL to recurring customer)
- Diverse experience with clients from various markets or industries
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, CSM, and product development
- Capability to develop compelling ROI and business cases for potential customers
- Experience in using CRM software to manage leads and opportunities (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
- Delivery of persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Proficiency in using Google G-Suite
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant industry certifications or training (e.g., sales certifications)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re on the hunt for a highly ambitious Account Executive who can build and nurture long-term relationships with a global pool of customers. As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of the data commerce revolution, helping companies sell more data and achieve their goals through our cutting-edge software. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and maximizing our revenue potential!
Quick facts: The start date is December 2024, and the work location is Berlin. The salary range starts at 110,000 EUR OTE annually.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Sales Prospecting: Identify and research potential new clients or opportunities within the target market
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations of the company’s products or services to potential clients
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales cycle
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through proactive selling and upselling to existing clients
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and how they can address clients’ specific needs
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and reports in the CRM system
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, CSM, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client needs effectively
