Tasks

We are looking for an experienced sales representative to join our growing team. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in our growth in the DACH market and be at the forefront of our revenue growth strategy. Your role will involve the following

  • Manage your portfolio of accounts: Collaborate with your SDR to generate interest and drive product adoption. You’ll lead pilot projects with the customer success team, secure long-term contracts, and guide the sales process to close multi-year and high-value deals
  • Carry out all sales activities: Engage in calls, social media interactions, online demos, in-person meetings, negotiations, and presentations to move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Use creativity to leverage internal resources and insights, work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Solution selling: Collaborate with prospects and clients to understand their unique challenges and business goals. Present Spacewise’s comprehensive suite of solutions and services that align with clients’ needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of how Spacewise can provide value
  • Participate in industry events: Build your professional network and promote our company at relevant industry events
  • Maintain precise records of customer interactions: Manage your sales pipeline, forecast sales, and track opportunities with accuracy. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, detailing progress toward goals and pipeline status
  • Achieve revenue goals: Consistently meet or exceed your sales targets
  • Customer onboarding and support: Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure they are set up for success with the SaaS product. Act as a point of contact for customer support until the customer is transitioned to the customer success team
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Manage ongoing relationships with clients to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features or services
  • Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and threats. Use this information to refine sales strategies and better position the SaaS product

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, skilled in managing and closing complex, high-value deals exceeding €100k annually
  • A hunter mindset. You thrive on the thrill of pursuing new business opportunities and driving growth through proactive outreach
  • You like a fast paced work style, excel under pressure and enjoy taking on challenges
  • You have a personal sales approach and are capable of crafting compelling narratives and leveraging data to effectively engage and persuade clients
  • You are a strategic, curious, and creative thinker and have proven ability to develop innovative solutions with a strong track record of success
  • You are proficient in pipeline development and demonstrate a solid methodology for prospecting and independently building a robust sales pipeline
  • A highly motivated and articulate communicator with strong determination, motivation, and diplomatic communication skills
  • Location and language skills: Based in Switzerland, fluent in native German and professional English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
