Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for MedPass and other OneNest products. This individual will develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or travel-related services.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

SKILLS:

  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
