Pega, Appian, or MuleSoft experience is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and partner with prospects to understand what challenges or initiatives they may be facing
- Be able to convey how our consultancy merits further discussion around solving those problems
- Strategic collaboration within the Revenue and Marketing team is integral to success in this role
- Build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their BIG investments.
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
- Take ownership of lead generation for a specified region
- Fearless at outbound calling and relationship building as this role is focused on acquiring new accounts
- Create and execute new cadences, campaigns, driving event attendance, and multi-pronged approach into leads
- Up to 40% Travel may be required for sponsored events and client face to face
Required Experience:
- Strong background of value/consultative selling complex solutions or technology (5+ years of sales experience preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to cross industry segment
- Experience selling at the “C” level
- Industry experience with Financial Services
- Familiarity with how businesses operate in order to identify gaps or opportunities
- MUST have thorough experience understanding business challenges and conveying technical concepts
- Outstanding communication skills are a must (in-person, phone, email, social media)
- Track record of success in achieving activity metrics (ex. established meetings, lead conversion)
- Strong planning skills and proficiency in MS office and CRM (Ex. Salesforce, SalesLoft)
- Confident, independent worker and resourceful
Desirable skills:
- Self-motivated to operate within a highly autonomous sales environment
- Previous experience selling professional services and/or software
- Proven results while working remotely
