Responsibilities:
- Initially, this role will support the entire team through both account management and new business generation before you move to a territory role
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Manage, retain, and develop accounts
- Grow the customer base to generate new revenue
- Implement customer accounts and train them on solutions, coordinate efforts to meet customer needs
- Respond to internal and external customer concerns
- Engaging presentations and seamless onboarding for new customers
