As an Account Executive at Bettermode, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise prospects. Your mission is to help organizations recognize the strategic value of communities, establish strong relationships with potential customers, and close high-value deals. An important part of your role will be becoming well-versed in the community space and the various functionalities of our platform, so that you can engage in consultative conversations about the impact that a community can have on business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on enterprise leads and new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and engage with decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct thorough discovery calls and product demos to showcase Bettermode’s platform capabilities and value.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to prioritize prospects and maximize opportunities.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate updates in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead generation strategies and drive awareness of Bettermode’s offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in community building and platform functionality, helping prospects understand how Bettermode can address their unique challenges.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness during the sales process.
