AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of an Account Executive on our Business Development Team in Michigan.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful sales experience in a business to business environment
- A background in contract foodservice, food/beverage vending, office coffee service, or other closely related field is preferred, but not required
- A highly self-motivated work style, with the ability to work independently
- A serious, outgoing and aggressive personality with a competitive spirit
- Familiarity with the market, and currently residing in or willingness to relocate to the market area
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build relationships with potential customers
- Aggressively grow an assigned territory
- Gain strong knowledge of local competition
- Continuously research new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations to develop strategic plans to acquire accounts
- Build a database of business leads
- Contribute to the company’s mission, vision and core values
