Duties and responsibilities of the Account Executive include but are not limited to the following:

• Answer phones
• Provide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions and endorsements
• Conduct annual reviews
• Sell new business for the agency from inbound referral sources
• Conduct audits on new business files
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including maintaining client confidentiality, and abiding by all privacy, fair credit, and disclosure laws on both the federal and state level.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, new opportunities, and adapt quickly to changes in the industry markets.
• Be a collaborator, be organized and have a willingness to learn, be self-sufficient in a fast- paced environment
• Bring a positive attitude and efficient work ethic.

Required Qualifications:

• Have a valid Washington State P&C Insurance License
• Have at least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in the insurance industry
• High level of communication both verbal and written, and interpersonal and negotiating skills to effectively manage communication with clients, agency management team and fellow employees
• Proficient in communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack), project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), file-sharing systems (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), and other technologies relevant to the role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and high aptitude for all aspects of the internet.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Remote and Hybrid Work Opportunities.
