Please note that native-level German is a mandatory requirement for this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer facing roles, e.g. sales/account management, customer success, partnerships, or consulting.
- Early experience/passion for sustainability, ranging from sustainability consulting or auditing to supply chain ESG and in-house sustainability management.
- Affinity for technology and a drive to learn about building products, AI and LLMs (with proper support, of course).
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Presentation skills and experience, whether in front of 3 or 200 people
- Willingness to travel as part of client engagements, as needed

Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Account Executive who will work within our business development team to drive revenue and support our clients with sustainability expertise throughout the sales and customer success process. Our ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer success processes and experience engaging with clients, as well as some experience in or understanding of sustainability knowledge work.
You’ll be joining a highly driven, collaborative team that brings together a wide variety of expertise. We expect that applicants will meet some but not necessarily all criteria for this role.
