QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) license or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty sales or home infusion pharmacy.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in healthcare technology, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and disease states relevant to targeted therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Account Executive (Clinical Liaison), you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and referral sources, including physicians, specialty clinics (Rheumatology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Allergy & Immunology, etc.), infusion clinics, hospitals, skilled nursing centers, and payors.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies in partnership with leadership to achieve and exceed growth targets.
- Identify and onboard new referral sources through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts.
- Qualify sales opportunities in the territory with private insurance and federally/state-funded plans, ensuring revenue growth.
- Address and resolve concerns related to home infusion services, HQ infusion suites, and associated programs, maintaining client satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources and the pharmacy team, ensuring efficient communication and timely issue resolution.
- Network with industry partners and stakeholders to build strategic relationships.
- Negotiate deliverables and close deals in partnership with leadership and team members to meet business objectives.
