Conversion are the largest dedicated conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and testing agency in the UK. We help our clients better understand their customers - and translate this insight into action. As a business our focus is on helping clients create an unfair competitive advantage through testing.
We believe that testing is not about changing button colours, but about creating a testing framework that allows our clients to take risks. This approach allows us to test not only our clients’ websites and apps, but also their pricing, product, and strategy. And the nature of testing means that we can definitively demonstrate and deliver ROI for our clients.
Our team is made up of a number of specialists and generalists with skills spanning: copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management.
We’ve delivered results for clients ranging from one-person lead generation sites to the likes of Facebook, Domino’s Pizza, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Deliveroo.
We have grown significantly over the last few years and are investing in the next stage of our growth to help us achieve our goal to help our clients start testing everywhere.

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Drive Conversion’s future growth engine by building relationships with prospects, turning them into future customers. Provide visibility and predictability to the pipeline, and support an outbound lead generation strategy to deliver new business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full sales cycle for prospective leads from discovery to close, to go live (including taking discovery calls, qualifying sales leads, managing the prospect through the sales process, pitching, negotiation, contracting and handover to the client team).
  • Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at prospective new clients.
  • Maintain Hubspot to provide visibility to the Director of Business Development and the wider business - active pipeline kept up to date, weekly summary and monthly update shared proactively.
  • Work closely with specialists within the business to bring on their expertise where needed throughout the sales process.
  • Responsible for supporting the company’s outbound lead generation strategy to develop sales qualified leads (SQLs).

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to continuously develop your consultative sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Constantly reviewing and carrying out broader market research to determine customer needs and feeding back into the business.
  • Proactively contribute to improving our sales process with the wider team.
