Job Description
1. Maintain customers and company confidentiality.
2. Creating detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals
3. Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
4. Manage the entire of sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal, handle RFQ from customers, calculate raw material cost, machining cycle time, secondary process etc. Submit quotation before closing date.
5. Negotiating with clients and closing contracts
6. Attend internal Sales & Operation weekly meeting, collaborate with other departments to ensure Productions, Procurement and Quality Control are handled efficiently; Monitor orders progress and delivery status; Submit Daily / Weekly report to respective Customers update overall outstanding PO. Update for any unforeseen delays or problems to customer, propose new EDD.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Send survey form to customers, obtaining customer’s feedback of our company. Ensure all customer feedback is addressed and reviewed.
8. To assist the Head of Department / Section Heads to gather market information on new business opportunities.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Sales and Marketing / Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have initiative and customer oriented. Good work attitude and trustworthy.
Good Interpersonal Skills, Good Verbal and Written Communication.
With background in Precision Engineering / Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) / Surface treatment preferred.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
Class 3 driving licenc
