POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive to join our team in Calgary, AB at our Calgary 8 facility. The Account Executive is responsible for specific sales accounts in the Calgary manufacturing division, and reports directly to the Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support, sales or inside sales role of similar background
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and drawings is considered an asset
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the Aviation industry would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales proposals
  • Establish and maintain customer and assigned buyer relationships
  • Receiving requests for quotes
  • Responsible for organizing the workflow for the Estimator; this includes organizing data packages, liaising with Estimator to ensure completion
  • Maintain open lines of communication with customers and follow up when required; provide regular updates on progress
  • Review purchase orders to ensure accuracy
  • Responsible for entering purchase orders in MRP system and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned
