Job Description
As an Account Executive at EasyVista, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company in the UK & Ireland. You’ll manage the full sales process, from initiating conversations to closing deals, using products like EV Service Manager and EV Reach to offer tailored solutions. This role offers significant career growth opportunities, with potential for leadership positions as EasyVista expands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Gaining a deep understanding of key sectors such as Local Government, Education, Retail, and Finance, and positioning EasyVista as a key solution provider.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, expanding the customer base across the UK & Ireland.
- Managing a healthy and organized sales pipeline, using data-driven forecasts and CRM tools.
- Collaborating with Sales Development Representatives, pre-sales engineers, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Understanding client needs and delivering exceptional solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- Sales Experience: You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or IT solutions, where you’ve consistently hit or exceeded your targets. You know how to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with confidence.
- Market Insights: You have a solid understanding of the UK & Ireland market, especially within industries like public sector, education, or retail. You know how to identify opportunities and tailor your approach to each sector’s unique needs.
- People Skills: Your communication skills are second to none. You can craft compelling pitches, negotiate win-win outcomes, and build lasting relationships based on trust and mutual success.
- Go-Getter Attitude: You thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious and proactive, you’re always looking for ways to innovate and drive results, taking ownership of your success.
