Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience with high call volume
  • Proven sales success and deal-closing ability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Being bilingual is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships to buy structured settlement payments
  • Identify financial needs and offer solutions
  • Plan, follow up, and close deals
  • Assess the profitability of deals
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Add new prospects to grow sales
