Mediatool is on the hunt for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our vibrant EMEA sales team. This role is crucial in fostering long-term, sustainable relationships with our key clients in the B2B SaaS Enterprise space, particularly within the BSB sector.
About the Role: As a Senior Enterprise Key Account Manager at Mediatool, you will be a pivotal part of our Sales Department. Your mission is to lead complex sales cycles, generate and convert leads, and collaborate with the whole revenue teams to stimulate market interest. Reporting to our Head of Sales EMEA, you will be an integral member of our high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to enhance the customer experience and drive product innovation.
Sales Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close high-value sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Thought Leadership: Represent Mediatool at industry conferences, trade shows, and events, positioning us as a leader in the B2B SaaS space.
