We are hiring an Account Executive to join our Emerging Products team!
As an Account Executive in this new team, you will play a critical role in introducing our new product suite to the market, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
This role is perfect for someone who is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and excited by the opportunity to grow something from 0 to 1!
The salary provided comprehends both base and variable. Commissions are uncapped.
This role follows a hybrid schedule. We require team members to be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the option to work remotely on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our office is located in downtown Vancouver, and we believe this balance fosters strong collaboration while supporting flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Build Pipelines: Identify and engage potential customers within the transit authority and related sectors, focusing on our new product offerings.
- Market Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to understand target markets, refine value propositions, and tailor outreach strategies.
- Lead Generation: Use innovative and creative methods to generate leads and book meetings with key decision-makers.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how our solutions can address their unique challenges.
- Product-Market Fit: Play a key role in identifying and achieving product-market fit for new offerings, leveraging customer feedback and market insights.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable market insights and feedback to the product and leadership teams to refine strategies and offerings.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the company.
