We’re looking for an Account Executive, E&C to join our Sales team. In this role (remote-first), you will be responsible for proactively hunting new business while also working from a populated funnel of qualified demos and named accounts. Through an integrity based, consultative approach, the Account Executive will uncover prospect’s business challenges and align relevant Case IQ solutions to help them achieve better business processes. The position will require some travel throughout the year for client visits and tradeshows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to ethics and compliance departments, illustrating how Case IQ solutions address specific compliance challenges including speak-up, management of investigations, and the evolution of a customer’s compliance program through data driven decision-making.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients, expanding the sales pipeline and driving new business opportunities within the compliance sector.
- Continuously deepen knowledge of Case IQ products and the compliance landscape, including trends, regulations, and best practices to position solutions effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas by understanding and responding to the unique compliance needs of prospects, translating complex compliance requirements into practical software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support customer compliance objectives, fostering strong, supportive relationships across departments to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
