ABOUT THE POSITION

Foursquare is looking for a New Business Account Executive to join our team! While we would prefer candidates based in or around our office hub in Chicago, we’re also open to considering remote applicants based in LA for this role.
The New Business Sales team at Foursquare is responsible for identifying and closing net new business opportunities across the entire product portfolio. New Business Sales is built to be the engine that drives Foursquare’s next phase of growth, and thus requires a team of highly motivated, results-oriented, and high-integrity Account Executives to support that mission.
The New Business Account Executive (AE) role will be responsible for closing new business deals across agencies, partners and brands. The AE will report into a Group Director of New Business sale organization, and will partner with a Revenue Development Representative (RDR) to build a pipeline and convert leads.

ACTUAL COMPENSATION PACKAGES ARE BASED ON A WIDE ARRAY OF FACTORS UNIQUE TO EACH CANDIDATE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SKILL SET, YEARS & DEPTH OF EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIFIC OFFICE LOCATION.

The annual total cash compensation range is $200,000 - $250,000, however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
Salary is just one component of Foursquare’s total compensation package, which includes restricted stock units, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits!

Responsibilities:

  • Build expertise and business around media measurement and targeting solutions
  • Effectively and consistently develop pipeline and convert new accounts
  • Secure attention and investment from Marketers, their agencies and leaders across Measurement, Programmatic and Investment
  • Leverage internal FSQ resources to maximize win rates
  • Create and run point on new business outreach and liaison with Account Mgmt on established logos running
  • Work with cross functional team of Account Managers and Customer Success to win, nurture and build external overall client relationships
  • Forecast accurately, using SFDC (CRM system)
  • Adhere to ethical standards of personal conduct and business rules, in line with Foursquare’s leadership principles, when making decisions or executing tasks
